Gongurete is a company by skateboarders, that design, build, and maintain skate parks, while promoting skateboarding across Maldives
Founded by skateboarders and skatepark builders, Gongurete is a skater-run company that grew out from Raalhugandu Skateparks (RSP) DIY which created the first concrete skatepark in Maldives in 2012. The inspiration behind our company is the desire to provide access to safe, well-constructed skateparks. Artistry and skate-ability remain at the heart of our business of designing, building & maintaining concrete skateparks nationwide. So far, we've built skateparks in Male' City, M.Muli, B.Goidhoo, H.Dh.Hanimaadhoo & K.Maafushi & a few projects in India.
For us, building skateparks is more than just a business—it’s a passion. We love what we do, and there's no place we’d rather be than creating a memorable piece of concrete to skate.
